We’re committed to helping you find your new home safely during these difficult times. So we’re doing our part to implement best COVID-19 practices when renting apartments. Some of the steps we take include cleaning high touch points in vacant apartments before showings and reorganizing the process, from top to bottom, to respect physical distancing. We currently have hand-sanitizer stations and increased cleaning in the common areas of our buildings too. We ask that all prospective tenants wear face coverings when you attend the building, but if you forget, we will provide a disposable mask to you where available. Stay safe and healthy.
